Jessica Yatrofsky, MSW (she/her) Psychotherapist
Jessica is a psychotherapist whose work centers on helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the emotional patterns that shape their lives. She offers a collaborative, reflective space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and feel genuinely supported without judgment. Jessica works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and complex emotional experiences. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in mindfulness-based and strengths-based practices that foster emotional awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Her clinical experience includes working with women and families experiencing housing instability, chronic stress, and trauma-related concerns through individual support and psychoeducational group work. In addition to her clinical work, Jessica maintains an active creative practice as a photographer, published author, and creative director. She sees both therapy and art as spaces for reflection, self-discovery, and deeper connection to the human experience
